About

Pune Arts and Health Festival

The Pune Arts & Health Festival 2025 is a five-day festival that brings together creative artists, healthcare professionals, educators, and citizens to explore the intersection of arts and health. This is a community-centered initiative to celebrate the transformative power of the arts and spread awareness of the health benefits of the arts. As part of the Global South Arts and Health initiative and the Arts in Medicine Fellowship, this event aims to position Pune as a key contributor to the global movement promoting wellness through creativity. Set with the backdrop of increasing research supporting the role of the arts in enhancing mental health, social cohesion, and community care, the festival will include interactive workshops, performances, public art installations, research presentations, community forums, and a variety of innovative activities across the city.
